Cancellation conditions
Deposit and Guarantee
All reservations must be guaranteed by the guest's credit card that must be valid on the day of arrival. Reservations that are not guaranteed by an authorization to charge the credit card of the client in case of a cancellation within 24h (15:00h) before arrival are not valid. Payment at arrival.
Cancellation Conditions
Until 14:00h the day before arrival, the reservation can be cancelled or modified without charge. After this moment, the Hotel will charge the amount of the first night including tax. For cancellations or modifications on the day of arrival, no-shows or early departures, the Hotel will charge the total amount of the first night.
Cancellation penalty
- Cancelling booking from 2024-12-26T00:00 at 00:00 will have a penalty of 159.12

Reservations of more than 5 rooms may be subject to special conditions and additional supplements.
The hotel reserves the right to reauthorize guests' credit cards prior to arrival.
Please note that the credit card used to make the reservation must be presented on arrival. If none of the guests is the owner of the card, they must contact the property in advance.
For reservations with advance payment rates, the OCEAN DRIVE MADRID Hotel will send guests detailed payment instructions, which may include a link to the secure payment platform.
Please inform OCEAN DRIVE MADRID in advance of your expected arrival time. To do this, you can use the special requests section when making the reservation or contact the accommodation directly. The contact details appear on the booking confirmation.
Guests must show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
