Cancellation conditions
The Hotel will charge the amount of the first night of the reservation 24 hours prior to check-in (15:00h), to the credit card provided by the client. The amount due will be charged at check-in. Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours (15:00h) prior to arrival at no cost. For cancellations hereafter, the first night will be charged. For cancellations on the day of arrival, no-show or early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellation penalty
- Cancelling booking from 2024-12-27T00:00 at 00:00 will have a penalty of 238.05

Reservations of more than 5 rooms may be subject to special conditions and additional supplements.
The hotel reserves the right to reauthorize guests' credit cards prior to arrival.
Please note that the credit card used to make the reservation must be presented on arrival. If none of the guests is the owner of the card, they must contact the property in advance.
For reservations with advance payment rates, the OCEAN DRIVE SEVILLAHotel will send guests detailed payment instructions, which may include a link to the secure payment platform.
Please inform OCEAN DRIVE SEVILLA in advance of your expected arrival time. To do this, you can use the special requests section when making the reservation or contact the accommodation directly. The contact details appear on the booking confirmation.
Guests must show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
