Cancellation conditions
The reservation can be cancelled or modified without charge. After this moment, the Hotel will charge the amount of the first nightincluding tax. For cancellations or modifications on the day of arrival, no-shows or early departures, the Hotel will charge the total amount of the firstnight.

The hotel reserves the right to reauthorize guests' credit cards prior to arrival.
Please note that the credit card used to make the reservation must be presented on arrival. If none of the guests is the owner of the card, they must contact the property in advance.
For reservations with advance payment rates, the OCEAN DRIVE SEVILLAHotel will send guests detailed payment instructions, which may include a link to the secure payment platform.

Guests must show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
